Job summary

You will support the Store Manager, lead by example, coach teammates, and ensure daily tasks align with company priorities.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive customer experience, manage opening/closing routines, and promote our brand through strong product knowledge and engaging service.

Responsibilities

• Lead delegated leadership tasks and act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Drive exceptional in-store customer experiences with selling excellence.
• Display knowledge of product, policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily goals for the team and manage opening/closing routines.
• Create connections with customers through needs discovery and recommendations.
• Assist with floorset, visuals, and marketing placements as needed.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to store policies.
