Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will coach the team, model authentic service, and ensure smooth daily operations with accurate cash handling and scheduled openings/closings.

This role requires retail experience in cosmetics, ability to work flexible hours including weekends, and a track record of leading by example to achieve sales and service targets.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing is desirable.
• Supervisory experience coaching/mentoring to hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to run the store smoothly.
• Lead by example to deliver personalized customer service and meet targets.
• Carry out start/end of day cash reconciliation and store opening/closing on a rota.
