Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional, personalized customer service and achieving sales targets.

You will handle cash reconciliation, opening/closing duties, and contribute to a smooth, well-run store environment. The role requires prior retail experience in cosmetics, strong leadership through coaching, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and store events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth, efficient store operations.
• Lead the sales team through coaching and mentoring to deliver exceptional customer service and hit targets.
• Open and close the store on a rota; perform cash reconciliation and related duties.
