Job summary

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. You will lead by example, mentor staff, and manage cash reconciliation, opening and closing on a rota basis in a prestige beauty environment.

The role requires retail experience, strong coaching skills, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and events. Training and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable: experience in cash reconciliation and store opening/closing.
• Desirable: previous supervisory/coaching experience.
• Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to coach and mentor the sales team.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day operations.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliations.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
