Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support store leadership and drive personalized customer service in a prestige beauty environment.

You will coach staff and model behaviors to achieve sales and service targets while managing everyday store operations. Responsibilities include opening/closing the store on a rota, cash reconciliation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day retail activities.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and store opening/closing is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and service targets is desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead by example to deliver inspirational, authentic customer service.
• Coach and mentor sales associates to meet sales and customer service targets.
• Perform cash reconciliation and end-of-day procedures.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
