The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering smooth operations and exceptional customer service. You will lead by example, coaching the team and handling essential cash reconciliation.

You will also be responsible for opening and closing the store on a rota basis, contributing to a high-performing prestige beauty environment and ongoing career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing tasks desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operation.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliations.
• Open and close the store on a rota basis.
• Provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service to achieve sales targets.
