Job summary

Psycho Bunny in Scottsdale is seeking a Key Holder to drive sales culture and operational excellence on site at Fashion Square. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee sales, merchandising, payroll, loss prevention, and visual presentation to achieve profitability and KPIs.

You will build a loyal customer base, train and develop the team, maintain product knowledge, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum retail management experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Build loyal customers through engagement, conversion, and capturing contact details.
• Recruit, train, and develop high-performing team members.
• Maintain product knowledge and communicate it to customers.
• Control payroll and scheduling to maintain profitability.
• Analyze customer profiles and buying trends to inform decisions.
• Manage loss prevention and shrink goals.
• Oversee inventory and physical stock counts.
• Coordinate merchandise transfers in and out.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to the store manager.
• Execute visual directives to meet brand standards.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and a safe workplace.
