Responsibilities include team training, inventory control, visual standards, payroll scheduling, and loss prevention, along with collaboration across the store team to meet KPIs and growth.

Qualificações

• 1-year minimum retail management experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused selling culture.

Responsabilidades

• Build a delighted and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customers' contact information.
• Recruit, train, develop, and succession of high-performing Team Members.
• Maintain own and team product knowledge and communicate it effectively to customers.
• Oversee payroll control and service-driven scheduling for profitability and service levels.
• Analyze customer profiles and trends to drive business decisions.
• Monitor and manage Loss Prevention.
• Achieve inventory and shrink goals; oversee Physical Inventory.
• Execute merchandise transfers and related merchandise processes.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to the Store Manager.
• Ensure Visual Directives are followed and store presentation meets Psycho Bunny standards.
• Enforce OSHA safety requirements and maintain a safe work environment.
• Assist with other duties as required by the Store Manager.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals.
