Job summary

Psycho Bunny in Scottsdale is seeking a Key Holder to drive sales culture and operational excellence on site at Fashion Square. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will oversee sales, merchandising, payroll, loss prevention, and visual presentation to achieve profitability and KPIs.

You will build a loyal customer base, train and develop the team, maintain product knowledge, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year minimum retail management experience.

Responsibilities

Key Holder - Scottsdale Fashion Square (on-site)

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Key Holder strategically manages and promotes sales culture within a Retail environment to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short- and long-term planning and expense control. They guarantee consistently high customer experience within the Store per Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.

The Opportunity

As a Key Holder you will be responsible for driving a culture of accountability, excellence, and customer focus across all aspects of the store, including sales, merchandising, payroll, loss prevention, and visual presentation. Your daily actions will impact profitability, customer satisfaction, and team development.

Your Daily Adventures

• Build a delighted and loyal customer base through engagement, conversion, and capturing customers' phone numbers and e-mail addresses.
• Assist with the recruitment, training, development, and succession of high‑performing, results‑driven team members.
• Maintain deep product knowledge and ensure the store team communicates it effectively to customers.
• Control payroll and service‑driven scheduling to maintain high profitability and service levels.
• Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to influence business decisions.
• Manage and monitor loss prevention.
• Achieve or exceed inventory and shrink goals; oversee and manage physical inventory.
• Execute and process merchandise, both incoming and outgoing transfers.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities to the store manager.
• Execute all visual directives to ensure the store meets or exceeds Psycho Bunny’s standards.
• Ensure OSHA requirements are met to maintain a safe, compliant workplace for all team members and customers.
• Assist with other duties as required by the store manager.
• Collaborate with all Psycho Bunny team members to achieve shared goals.
