Psycho Bunny is seeking a Store Manager for Scottsdale Fashion Square (on-site). Lead a bold team to drive sales, guest experience, and profitability while upholding Psycho Bunny’s standards for service and visual presentation.

You will manage operations, coaching, and omnichannel programs, champion a customer-focused culture, and operate within the store’s budget to deliver strong results and a premier shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a respectful, inclusive store team aligned to key metrics and initiatives.
• Foster collaborative relationships with team members to support guest experience and store goals.
• Drive guest experience through clienteling, product education, and omnichannel services.
• Ensure execution of visual standards and manage store planning, budget, and P&L in line with targets.
