Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Part-time Key Holder to engage customers, lead store partners, and help drive sales performance. You will develop product knowledge, support merchandising, and assist with daily store operations to deliver an exceptional in-store experience.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts to meet business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; understand and communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including UPT and ADT.
• Be informed on current merchandise promotions and ads.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist in floor moves and display maintenance.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Complete all sales transactions accurately at POS.
