Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Part-time Key Holder to engage customers, deliver an exceptional in-store experience, and support store leadership in daily operations and sales goals. You will develop product knowledge, maintain merchandising standards, and help manage transactions at POS.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility for varied shifts, and a commitment to Boots Barn values as part of our community-focused brand.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in our product categories; communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including UPT and ADT.
• Be informed of current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and display maintenance.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Complete all sales transactions accurately at POS.
