Job summary

Boot Barn is seeking a Part-time Key Holder to deliver an outstanding in-store experience while supporting store leadership. You will drive sales, develop team partners, and ensure effective merchandising and POS execution to meet store goals.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of retail sales experience, strong communication and time-management skills, and flexibility to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience.
• Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, time management and organization skills.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts to meet business needs including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Flexibility with scheduling and willingness to work extended hours when necessary.
• Up to 10% travel to support local stores, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service and selling culture; exceed overall expectations to build long-standing customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories; communicate product knowledge to the customer.
• Maintain and achieve measurable goals, including UPT, ADT, add-ons and customer information capture rates.
• Be informed and understand current promotions and advertisements.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Assist with processing merchandise and replenishing floor stock.
• Accurately complete all sales transactions and manage cash at POS.
