Albertsons Companies is hiring a Service and Delivery Technician III to support Albertsons & Safeway stores in and around Centennial, CO. The role involves deploying hardware, installing software, and providing on-site IT support including printers, POS, scales, and network servers.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot and repair retail IT hardware, collaborate with Corporate IT, and travel up to 50% within Colorado and to neighboring states as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; BA/BS preferred or 3+ years of technical training/certifications.
• Experience providing IT support in retail or field service environments.
• Familiarity with store systems, hardware, printers, POS, and networks.

Responsabilités

• Provide IT support to Albertsons & Safeway stores in Centennial, CO and surrounding area.
• Deploy equipment and install new hardware/software.
• Troubleshoot and repair PCs, printers, POS, scales, and network servers.
