Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Service and Delivery Technician III to provide IT support for Albertsons & Safeway stores in Centennial, CO and nearby areas. You will deploy equipment, install hardware and software, and troubleshoot PCs, printers, POS systems, scales and network servers.

The role requires travel up to 50% within Colorado and occasional visits to neighboring states. Strong customer service, problem solving, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in IT support and hardware installation in retail or service environments.
• Experience with store systems, POS, printers, and network servers.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT technical support to Albertsons and Safeway stores in Centennial and surrounding area.
• Deploy equipment and install hardware/software; troubleshoot and repair hardware.
• Support POS systems, printers, scales, and network servers; ensure SLA targets.
• Travel up to 50% to Colorado markets and occasional trips to surrounding states.
