Job summary

Albertsons Companies in Centennial, CO is seeking an IT Support Technician III to provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for store technology. You will deploy equipment, install new hardware and software, and support POS, printers, scales, and network servers.

The role requires hands-on hardware experience, strong customer service, and the ability to travel across Colorado to support multiple stores. You will collaborate with Corporate IT and field technicians to keep our retail environments

Qualifications

• High school graduate; BA/BS degree preferred, or 3+ years of technical training.
• 5+ years of technical systems experience with 2+ years in technical support.
• 2+ years’ experience with retail store systems and hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to Albertsons & Safeway stores in Centennial, CO and surrounding area.
• Deploy equipment and install new hardware and software; configure PCs, printers, POS, scales and network servers.
• Troubleshoot and repair IT hardware; ensure recoverability of systems and applications.
• Coordinate with Support Center and Corporate IT for on-site resolutions.
• Travel up to 50% within Colorado and occasional trips to NM, NE, WY, SD.
