Responsibilities

• Streamline Retail Communication via monthly newsletter LINK.
• Lead biannual batch stock-takes and inventory health reports.
• Organize annual/quarterly goods returns (6 per year, various consignments).
• Lead POS materials centralization, monthly replenishment and budget reviews.
• Manage Retail digital tools (WW communication, skin analyzer).
• Collaborate with teams on Art of Gifting inventory after sale.
