Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Educator to organize inventory, process shipments, and maintain store presentation. You will support guests on the floor and connect them with teammates to enhance the guest experience.

Role focuses on efficient back-of-house and floor operations, using store tech to support tasks, while contributing to a safe, inclusive team environment and high standards of product care.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to assigned store.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High school diploma/GED/equivalent, or above.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe store environment.
• Execute RFID inventory counts according to company standards.
• Receive and process product deliveries, fold/sort/hang for space optimization.
• Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship product per company standards.
• Adjust displays and handle daily restocking and destocking on the floor.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online, pick up in store, ship from store).
• Interact with guests and connect them to team members for service.
• Foster an inclusive team environment for guests and colleagues.
• Use in-store technology to support operations and guest experiences.
