Job summary

lululemon is seeking Product Operations Educators to organize inventory, process shipments, and maintain store spaces for optimal efficiency. You will support guests on the floor and help connect them with the right team members to enhance the guest experience.

Responsibilities include handling deliveries, organizing stock, restocking the floor, and supporting omnichannel initiatives while upholding our standards and culture of inclusivity and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country.
• Must have the ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Execute RFID inventory counts accurately per standards.
• Receive and process product deliveries following company procedures.
• Reconcile, package, and ship products to appropriate locations per guidelines.
• Adjust product displays, restock/destock, and move products on the floor as directed.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store or ship from store).
• Interact with guests to provide service or connect with teammates as needed.
• Contribute to an inclusive, respectful team environment and positive guest experiences.
• Utilize in-store technology to support operations and guest interactions.
