Job summary

lululemon seeks an Operations Educator to drive efficient product handling and store operations while actively assisting guests on the retail floor. You will process shipments, organize stock, and support display adjustments to maximize sell-through and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes reliability, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment, with varied shifts and a focus on inclusive, high-energy service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations experience encouraged
• Ability to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and safety
• Execute RFID inventory counts according to company standards
• Receive and process product deliveries and prepare items for display
• Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship product per standards
• Perform daily restocking and product moves to maintain store presentation
• Support omnichannel programs like buy online/pickup in store
• Assist guests on the floor and connect them to team members as needed
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment and positive guest experience
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and guest service
