lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Educator to optimize inventory processes and support store operations. You will handle shipments, organize back-of-house and floor spaces, and ensure accurate product processing to maximize sell-through while assisting guests on the retail floor.

The role emphasizes maintaining store presentation, collaborating with team members, and using in-store tech to enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Execute RFID inventory counts and inventory processing per standards.
• Receive, fold, sort, and hang product to optimize space and productivity.
• Reconcile, package, and ship products per company standards.
• Adjust displays, restock/destock, and move product as needed.
• Support omnichannel programs like buy online/pickup in store and ship from store.
• Engage with guests to support their experience on the floor.
• Foster an inclusive team environment and positive guest interactions.
• Utilize in-store technology to aid store operations and guest service.
