Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Educator to support inventory processing and product operations on the retail floor and back-of-house areas. You will receive shipments, organize product, restock, and assist guests to ensure a seamless shopping experience in-store.

The role emphasizes accuracy with RFID counts, attention to detail, organization, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. Training is provided, with a focus on delivering excellent guest service.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the store location country
• Able to travel to assigned store with reliable transportation
• 18 years of age or older

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean inventory workspace for efficiency and safety
• Execute RFID inventory counts and processing as directed
• Receive, fold, sort, and hang product to maximize space
• Pack and ship products per company standards
• Make product display adjustments and restock to maintain presentation
• Support omnichannel programs like BOPIS and ship-from-store
• Assist guests on the retail floor and connect them to team members
• Contribute to an inclusive, respectful team environment
• Use in-store technology to support store operations
