Job summary

lululemon is seeking Product Operations Educators to efficiently manage inventory processing, store organization, and guest support on the retail floor. You will handle shipments, organize back-of-house and floor stock, and assist guests while upholding company standards and a positive guest experience.

Expect responsibilities including RFID counting, restocking, shipments processing, and participation in omnichannel programs.

Qualifications

Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
Must be able to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation
Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Organize and clean the inventory workspace for efficiency and safety.
Execute RFID inventory counts and processing per plan.
Receive and process product deliveries per standards (folding, sorting, hanging).
Reconcile, package, and ship products as required (damages, consolidations).
Display adjustments, restocking, and product moves to maintain store presentation.
Support omnichannel programs (buy online, pickup in store, ship from store).
Interact with guests to provide service or connect them to another team member.
Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment.
Use in-store technology to support operations and guest experiences.
