Job summary

Lululemon Athletica is seeking a Product Operations Educator to drive store inventory efficiency and guest service. The role emphasizes organizing back-of-house and floor stock, processing shipments, and executing inventory tasks to maximize product sell-through.

The position involves assisting guests, maintaining store presentation, and supporting omnichannel programs, all while upholding a respectful, inclusive team environment and using in-store technology to enhance operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations experience desirable.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the store country.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain a clean inventory workspace for efficiency and safety.
• Execute RFID inventory counts and inventory processing per plan.
• Receive and process product deliveries according to standards (folding, sorting, hanging).
• Reconcile, package, and ship products to appropriate locations per standards.
• Restock and adjust product displays and floor presentation to maximize space and sales.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online/pickup in store, ship from store) per standards.
• Interact with guests on the floor and connect them with team members when needed.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment and guest experience.
• Use in-store technology to support operations and guest interactions.
