Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Educator to optimize store inventory and product operations. You will receive shipments, organize stock in both the floor and back-of-house areas, and complete tasks to maximize sell-through.

You will also assist guests on the retail floor and connect them with the right team members. Responsibilities include processing deliveries, organizing displays, and supporting omnichannel programs, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and safety.
• Execute RFID inventory counts and inventory processing per plan.
• Receive and process product deliveries, including folding, sorting, and hanging.
• Reconcile, package, and ship products per company standards.
• Adjust product displays and manage daily restocking and destocking on the floor.
• Support omnichannel programs (buy online, pick up in store, ship from store).
• Interact with guests on the retail floor to provide service or connect them with teammates.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment for all staff and guests.
• Utilize in-store technology to support store operations and guest experiences.
