Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Educator to organize inventory, process shipments, and maintain store presentation while assisting guests on the floor. You will support RFID counting, stock organization, and product moves to maximize sell-through.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe store environment.
• Execute RFID inventory counts according to company standards.
• Receive and process product deliveries, including folding, sorting, and hanging.
• Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship product according to standards.
• Adjust product displays, restock/destock, and move products on the floor as directed.
• Execute omnichannel programs (buy online, pick up in store, ship from store).
• Interact with guests to provide service or connect to another team member.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment for all staff and guests.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and guest experiences.
