Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Educator in Minnesota to handle inventory processing, shipments, and in-store product organization. You will support guests on the retail floor and ensure efficient back-of-house operations, with a focus on accurate RFID counts and disciplined stock handling.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the inventory workspace to maximize efficiency and maintain a safe store environment.
• Execute inventory processing plan with RFID accuracy according to standards.
• Receive and process product deliveries, fold, sort, and hang for space optimization.
• Reconcile, prepare, package, and ship products per standards.
• Adjust product displays, restock/destock, and move products on the floor.
• Support omnichannel programs like buy online pickup in store and ship from store.
• Interact with guests to provide service and connect them with team members.
• Contribute to a respectful, inclusive team environment.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and guest experiences.
