Job summary

lululemon is seeking a Product Operations Educator to maintain inventory processes and product flow on the retail floor and back of house. You will receive shipments, organize stock, and support guest service in-store.

You will execute RFID counts, restock displays, and assist with omnichannel programs while contributing to a respectful, inclusive team. Strong attention to detail and reliability are essential in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean inventory workspace for efficiency and safety.
• Perform RFID inventory counts according to standards.
• Receive and process deliveries: fold, sort, hang products.
• Pack and ship products per standards.
• Adjust product displays and restock daily to maintain presentation.
• Support omnichannel programs (BOPIS, ship from store).
• Assist guests on the floor and connect with team members.
• Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
• Use in-store technology to support store operations and guest experiences.
