Job summary

lululemon is seeking Product Operations Educators to manage inventory and organize product on the sales floor and back of house. You will process shipments, maintain stock, and support guests on the floor while connecting them with teammates for enhanced service. A strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Flexibility in shifts is expected, with work varying evenings, weekends, and holidays. No prior experience is required for some roles, but a background in retail or warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail, distribution center, or warehouse operations experience preferred.
• No experience required for some shifts.

Responsibilities

• Organize and clean the inventory workspace for efficiency and safety.
• Execute RFID inventory counts per company standards.
• Receive and process product deliveries, folding, sorting, and hanging for space optimization.
• Reconcile, pack, and ship product per standards (damages, consolidations).
• Perform in-store display adjustments and daily restocking to maintain presentation.
• Support omnichannel programs like buy online/pickup in store and ship from store.
• Interact with guests and connect them to team members for service.
• Contribute to an inclusive team environment.
