Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with six months sales-related experience.
• Knowledge of company products, pricing and sales techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers via walk-in, phone, or email on product selection and pricing.
• Sell company products and provide estimates for small packages.
• Enter orders and schedule product deliveries.
• Plan and pace work to meet productivity goals.
• Coordinate and conduct customer workshops.
• Resolve simple customer complaints; escalate complex issues.
• Help with store housekeeping, signage, stocking and inventory.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.
