Job summary

Fast Retailing in the United States, Miami, seeks a Human Resources Coordinator to support talent acquisition, payroll, timecard enforcement, and personnel file maintenance at the store level.

Reporting to the Store HR leadership, you will assist interviews, on-site recruiting events, policy administration, and collaborate with store managers, payroll, and training teams. A high school diploma is required; one year HR admin experience and retail exposure are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum one year HR administration or similar experience.
• Experience in retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support HR functions including talent acquisition, payroll, and timecard maintenance.
• Assist interviews, investigations, and store-level HR tasks.
