Job summary

UNIQLO is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to support HR functions across multiple stores in the Milpitas area. This role reports to the Store Manager and Regional HR Manager, handling training, recruiting, and employee relations.

Responsibilities include store-based HR support, on-site recruitment events, onboarding, payroll integrity, and policy compliance while maintaining UNIQLO service standards and brand image. Strong communication and travel readiness are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in a related field, or 1+ years in related Human Resources or Administration experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in stores and travel between locations.
• Knowledge of HR processes, employment laws, recruiting and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR support in store environments and travel between locations as needed.
• Train store personnel on HR processes, employment laws, recruiting, and related policies.
• Partner with Regional HR Manager on employee relations issues and staffing objectives.
• Process HR reports and manage administrative tasks related to payroll, records, and compliance.
• Assist with interviews, investigations, disciplinary actions, and on-site HR support.
