Job summary

Michaels in Tukwila, WA is seeking a Store Team Member to assist customers, maintain store appearance, and provide a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will help shoppers locate products, enroll customers in Rewards and Private Label programs, and participate in truck unloading and stocking.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash and operate POS.
• Strong customer communication and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; support shrink and safety programs
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
• Other duties as assigned
