Bass Pro Shops in Miami, FL is hiring a part-time Greeter to welcome every guest with a friendly smile and helpful attitude. You will greet customers, assist with information and directions, promote programs like CLUB Membership, and hand out promotional materials.

We value excellent communication, organization, and the ability to work with minimal supervision, while contributing to a positive, store-wide customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Models brand standards with professional dress and welcoming demeanor.
• Checks in customers’ merchandise for returns.
• Checks in vendor representatives and manages visitor logs.
• Informs customers about events, sales, or promotions and provides materials.
• Distributes promotional materials to support events and promotions.
• Keeps entryway and work area clean, tidy, and safe for customers.
• Assists with firearm check-in with Outfitter per SOP; Greeters must not handle firearms.
• Other duties as assigned.
