Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Greeter to warmly welcome customers and guide them through the store experience. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding customer service experience with a smile, answering questions, and promoting programs like CLUB Membership and In-Store Pickup.

You will help maintain a clean entryway, support event promotions, and assist with front-end tasks. This is a part-time position with perks and training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and promote programs.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs (e.g., CLUB Membership, VOC, In-Store Pickup).
• Maintain professional appearance in Bass Pro Shops / Cabela's dress code and badge.
• Check in customer merchandise for returns.
• Check in vendor representatives and manage visitor logs/badges.
• Inform customers about events, sales, promotions and provide promotional materials.
• Keep entryway and surrounding area clean, tidy, and safe.
• Assist with firearm guest check-in by notifying the outfitter (the greeter does not handle firearms).
