Qualifications

• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Actively promoting programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Modeling our brand standard for customer service by presenting a professional image and adhering to dress code.
• Checks in all customers' merchandise for return.
• Checks in all Vendor representatives, completing the visitor log information and badges.
• Remains aware of all events and informs customers of details of events, sales, or promotions.
• Ensures entryway and surrounding work area remain clean, tidy, and safe.
• Coordinates firearm check-in with Outfitters per SOP, while Greeters do not handle firearms.
