Responsibilities

• Greets customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Models brand standards with proper dress code and name badge.
• Checks in customers’ merchandise for returns.
• Checks in Vendor representatives and logs visitor badges.
• Informs customers of store events, sales, or promotions.
• Keeps entryway and surrounding work area clean, tidy, and safe.
• Assists with customer check-in of firearms per SOP (Greeters do not handle firearms).
• Other duties as assigned.
