The position involves merchandise check-in, event promotion, safety compliance, and collaboration with store teams. A high school diploma and prior customer service help are preferred, with the ability to lift light loads and work unsupervised.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promotes club membership and other programs.
• Maintains professional appearance per dress code.
• Checks in merchandise and vendor visitors.
• Informs customers about events, sales, promotions.
• Keeps entryway and work area clean and safe.
• Facilitates guest check-in for firearms with Outfitter, per SOP.
• All other duties as assigned.
