Job summary

The Michaels in Manchester, NH is seeking a friendly team member to help customers locate products, answer questions, and provide solutions to shopping needs. You will assist with stocking, checkout, and store maintenance to keep aisles in stock and visually appealing.

You will engage customers in our rewards program and Private Label offerings, handle cash with care, and support omnichannel services such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly checkout with accurate cash handling
• Promote rewards programs and credit card enrollments
