Job summary

Michaels NORTH CONWAY, NH is hiring team members to deliver friendly customer service and support daily store operations. You will assist customers, manage checkout with accurate cash handling, and enroll shoppers in rewards programs.

The role involves truck unload, stocking, POS duties, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store. Experience in retail or customer service is preferred, with flexibility for nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Flexibility for nights, weekends, and early mornings may be required.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Promote the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll customers.
• Assist with Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery, in-stock levels, and merchandise presentation.
• Support shrink and safety programs and follow SOPs.
