Job summary

Michaels is looking for a friendly team member to support store operations at Pitt-North Hills, PA. You will help customers, locate products, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience while handling cash to standard. You’ll also promote the Rewards program and enroll Private Label Card members.

Additional duties include assisting with BOPIS/SFS, stocking, planograms, and maintaining in-stock conditions. A focus on safety, SOP adherence, and teamwork completes the role.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments.
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer surveys.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS and SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise health; process returns/gos back.
• Support Store In Stock Optimization and AD set duties as assigned.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact respectfully; model Michaels values and teamwork.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
