Job summary

Michaels Pitt-Coraopolis, PA seeks a Store Associate to keep the store clean, assist customers, and process transactions. You will help customers find products, enroll in the Rewards program, and support omnichannel services.

Responsibilities include stocking, cleaning, and maintaining planograms, along with assisting customers during busy hours. Must be at least 16 years old and able to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen years old.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store cleanliness and recovery standards to support brand promises.
• Provide friendly customer service and help shoppers locate items.
• Assist with checkout and enrollment in rewards programs.
• Support omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship from Store).
• Stocking, unloading trucks, and ensuring planograms are followed.
• Adhere to SOPs and safety guidelines; communicate supply needs.
