Job summary

Michaels Stores in Greensburg, PA is hiring for a Store Team Member to assist customers, stock shelves, and operate the checkout. You will help customers locate products, enroll them in rewards, and uphold store standards, safety, and cleanliness across shifts.

The role emphasizes friendly service, teamwork, and following SOPs while supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS as needed. Previous retail experience is preferred; 16+ minimum age applies.

Qualifications

• Retail and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain store recovery and merchandising standards, including returns/go backs
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Follow SOPs and company policies; model positive behavior
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
