Job summary

Michaels is seeking a customer-focused team member for our store to assist customers, guide shopping, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will help unload trucks, stock shelves, and maintain product displays across the store, while participating in framing-related duties when needed.

Preferred candidates have retail or customer service experience and are capable of standing for long periods.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Able to assist customers and operate POS system.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling.
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) and stock replenishment.
• Maintain store recovery and merchandising standards to support the brand.
• Cross train in Custom Framing selling and production.
