Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a Customer Business Manager II to serve as the retailer expert for Food City. You will grow the retailer’s business by translating client plans into actionable sales strategies, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring flawless execution across brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or 3+ years of experience in the CPG industry.
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), including intermediate Excel skills (PivotTables).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers within an assigned geographic region.
• Present targeted, strategic client plans that build effective brand promotion strategies.
• Execute strategic plans for all client brands with retailers in the defined geography, including sales, share, distribution, promotion, pricing, merchandising, and financial management.
