Swire Coca-Cola is looking for a Retail Account Representative in Prescott, AZ to promote the full Coca-Cola portfolio, build trust with customers, and ensure shelves and promotions align with the Joint Business Plan. You will manage displays, stock, and replenishment while supporting promotions and events across assigned stores.

The role requires strong communication with store decision makers, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, weekend work, and reliable transportation.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Must operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on iPhone/iPad
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
• Reliable form of transportation
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business
• Ability to lift to 50 pounds

Responsabilidades

• Interact with decision makers to place orders and maintain inventory
• Manage beverage sections, build displays, fill coolers, stock and rotate products
• Supervise merchandisers to align with company standards
• Rotate products for FIFO stocking
• Sell in displays and promotional items to increase sales
• Ensure JBP adherence by periodic reviews with Field Sales Manager
• Maintain backroom stock and process credits for pickup
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects/events
• Cover merchandising duties when needed
