Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is hiring a Retail Account Representative to grow the Coca-Cola product portfolio at customer sites across the region. You will build trust with store teams, execute promotions, and ensure shelves align with Joint Business Plans.

You will manage in-store displays, stock levels, and rotations, while collaborating with merchandisers and field sales managers. Weekend/holiday availability and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on iPhone/iPad.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Interact with decision makers at customer locations to place orders.
• Manage beverage sections, build displays, and stock coolers.
• Supervise merchandisers to ensure displays meet standards.
• Rotate stock using first in, first out practices.
• Sell additional displays and new products to increase store sales.
• Follow Joint Business Plans with Field Sales Manager and customers.
• Maintain backroom stock in safe, accessible areas.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects.
• Cover merchandising duties when needed.
