Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola is hiring a Retail Account Representative to grow Coca-Cola product portfolios and strengthen customer relationships across assigned stores. You will act as the beverage industry expert, execute promotions, and ensure displays align with company standards and the Joint Business Plan (JBP).

Responsibilities include building rapport with store decision makers, maintaining stock levels, coordinating with merchandisers, rotating stock, and driving sales through in-store promotions.

Qualifications

• Operate CONA, Excel, Outlook, and a PDF reader on iPhone/iPad.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
• Driving record must meet policy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Interact with decision makers at customer locations and place product orders.
• Maintain inventory and fill beverage sections, displays, and coolers.
• Collaborate with merchandisers to ensure proper stocking and displays.
• Rotate products to follow first in, first out stock management.
• Sell in additional displays and promotional items to increase sales.
• Ensure Joint Business Plans (JBP) are followed with Field Sales Manager and customers.
• Maintain backroom stock areas and write/clear credits for pickup by drivers.
• Attend meetings and assist with projects and events.
• Cover merchandising duties when necessary.
