Swire Coca-Cola in Kingman, AZ seeks a Merchandiser Lead to drive merchandising and stocking initiatives, acting as the face of the company to local customers. You will keep beverage sections properly stocked and promote our product portfolio while supporting the area sales team.

You will lead aisle cleanliness, rotate stock per FIFO, and help train new merchandisers. This role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and availability on weekends and holidays.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License with Endorsement P (Passenger) required.
• Driving record meets Swire’s vehicle policy upon hire.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Reliable form of transportation.
• Ability to perform essential functions with little or no supervision.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays as directed by the business.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds as needed.

Mansioni

• Lead merchandising and stocking efforts, ensuring aisles, displays, coolers and sections are stocked per Swire Coca-Cola standards.
• Rotate products to follow a first in, first out stocking system.
• Maintain back rooms by organizing stock daily and identify/credit any product unfit for sale.
• Operate manual pallet jack and hand carts.
• Build displays and promotional items per supervisor instructions and schedule.
• Cover Merchandiser Supervisor responsibilities on days off and assist with training new merchandisers.
