Job summary

Swire Coca-Cola, USA is seeking a Retail Account Representative to promote the full Coca-Cola portfolio, build trust with customers, and execute promotional activities. You will ensure accounts are merchandised according to the Joint Business Plan and company standards, while supporting inventory management and displays.

The role involves working with decision makers at customer locations, maintaining inventory levels, and collaborating with merchandisers to execute store standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate CONA, Excel, Outlook and a PDF reader on mobile devices.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work weekends/holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promote growth of Coca-Cola products and merchandise accounts per Joint Business Plan.
• Build displays, stock shelves, and manage inventory to support sales.
• Collaborate with merchandisers to ensure store standards and displays are aligned with company policies.
• Sell in additional displays and new products to increase sales volume.
• Coordinate with Field Sales Manager and customers to follow the JBP throughout the year.
• Attend meetings and assist with special projects and events.
